Natural Health

Natural health at its most basic level is simply the idea of using nature and natural substances to improve overall wellness and help to heal the body. Many of the “supplements” we need can be easily attained from food sources, and implementing these measures often only requires education. Pagoda Wellness will work with you to learn about natural health options including home remedies, superfoods, and basic nutrition philosophy. It is time to make better decisions about the foods we put into our bodies and to understand the system behind making these responsible choices.

Integrative Wellness

We all want to live healthy and happy lives, but the many stresses that we encounter on a daily basis often make this goal seem like a moving target. We think we solve one health problem, only to see another one pop up. Integrative wellness is a system that redefines that goal (that moving target) and takes a comprehensive look at the many different "puzzle pieces" that come together to influence your health. This includes all of the components needed to achieve wellness, from lifestyle choices with basic diet and nutrition philosophy to therapeutic exercise to education on homeopathic remedies for both acute and chronic complaints. Alternative options can and should be rooted in science and long-standing clinical experience. Integrative wellness is combining all of the necessary pieces to facilitate and maintain health.
